This was my first time trying this restaurant for take-out. I got the pollo a la brasa. It was wonderful. The restaurant is basic, but very cheerful and cozy....and the owners make you feel so welcome. I looked over the menu while I was waiting. Everything looks so delicious, especially the seafood. If it is all as good as the roast chicken, then I have to try everything!

It's my second time trying Peruvian food and this time, my mind was blown away.

Hands down one of the best latin homemade food restaurant in Salt Lake City, I've recommended this place to so many friends and it never fails; everyone loves it.

This food was absolutely delicious! Combinations I never would have thought of were really quite good.

This place is nice for a family setting mostly. The food was pretty good and reasonable prices. The waitress was a nice lady and she checked on us pretty often. Five star for this place.

I never was familiar with Peruvian food. But my friend is from Peru and she introduced me to their food. And I can say I really liked it. A LOT!!!

This place is amazing. I feel like I'm pretty harsh on restaurants and I've never been disappointed here. When other restaurants fail to season their food enough El Rocoto keeps theirs juicy and delicious.

Ive been coming to this location for quite sometime now. I always get the leche del tigre mix. Recently tried more of the menu. The leche del tigre is the best around and has enough of everything (shrimp, mussels, fish, calamari, scallops).

Yes 5 stars!! Why, because it is the only place in town I can get peruvian chicken. Very friendly staff and the food was awesome. I will be back soon.
